- Viva Anderson from Cambridge what are districts doing with students that are in WC, do you have a Para with that student?

Model manual unit VI Special Needs Transportation:
- We reviewed changes made, and made a few more changes. See attached and please review.
Cambridge presentation:
- Viva presented what her district has on there intra school website for staff to complete for sped buses. This program has worked very well for them. They then enter the info into Versa Trans and enter bus info into skyward for the parents. If the form is not complete it is sent back to staff to complete. See the form attached.
Video Review:
- Kevin Welton brought the AT&T video that is out on Youtube called “Texting and Driving –It can wait”. The group viewed it and completed rating sheet. It was reviewed and receives high rating from the group. Attendee said they would use it for their driver training sessions. It had an impact on everyone, very attention grabbing video, drivers will remember this one.
- The second video we reviewed is by AMS called ADD & ADHD. This video is scored very low. It was said it is out dated, does not reflect current research, flat format. The group said they would not use this for driver training, it is too out dated.
Next meeting March 16th at 287 in Plymouth. This meeting is the same week at the National sped conference. Ken Stevens from Bemidji will chair this meeting. Thanks Ken.
